Personalities including Ed Sheeran, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Phil Spencer, 5 After Midnight and Chizzy Akudolu have collaborated with St Mungo's to support this year's Woolly Hat Day, taking place January 26, to raise funds for homeless people across the UK.

Sheeran commented 'Homelessness is on the rise. Please join me in Woolly Hat Day. Put on a hat, share a selfie and donate to St Mungo's, and help change a person's life who is homeless or at risk of rough sleeping. If we put our heads together we can end homelessness'.
